Founded in 2014, El Paso Leadership Academy was built for the El Paso community, by native El Pasoans, for El Paso students to receive the highest standard of education. ELPA East extends that original community across El Paso with a second school.
We provide middle school and high school scholars with an exemplary education and help them develop academic and life skills.
Staff play a crucial role in ensuring scholars are learning in a safe and supportive environment and we hire the best.
We offer a wide variety of activities that help our scholars develop and thrive in a changing world.
Project Based Learning (PBL) is a dynamic approach to teaching in which scholars explore real-world problems and challenges. At EPLA East, projects address community issues and scholars work in collaboration with parents, community members, businesses and organizations.
